Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is simply amazing. There are half a million reasons you should add it to your every day diet. I'm not going to go through all the reasons because there are just too many and I'm sure you've heard most of them. Because it's so good for you, my family and I started drinking the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar drinks. We get them at whole foods where they're $2.49 for a 16 oz bottle. Multiply that by 4 every day... Well that's just insane to me so I had to come up with an alternative. A quick search and I found THIS site that gave me 5 different recipes. Awesome! I modified it a bit to make it taste more like the Bragg's drinks and the hubs says he likes it better than the original! And for $.43 per serving I feel ok about making it every day! Don't you just love saving money?! I sure do!
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Raw, Unfiltered, ACV
2 Tbsp Raw, Unfiltered Apple Juice
1/8 tsp Uncut Stevia Powder (like THIS) or 2 tsp Honey or Maple syrup
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Water
Stir everything together and enjoy!
