I'm going to be pretty busy this week while I try to get back into making meals for the guys at the Hubby's work. However, I don't want the lunches I make for Ethan to suffer. Thankfully I found some pretty simple meals to feed him this week. I have everything I need to make them so I won't even need to go to the grocery store before I start cooking. I'm only doing 3 homemade meals this week because the school actually has some pretty decent stuff to eat this week. I haven't figured any dinner meals out yet because I'm so focused on next week. I'm just wingin' it this week.
Ethan's Lunch Menu:
Mon: Persimmon Oat Pancakes (this calls for blueberries but persimmons just sound better to me) w/ Turkey Bacon and Carrots
Tues: School Lunch
Wed: Pumpkin Bagels w/ Cinnamon Cream Cheese and Pear
Thurs: School Lunch
Fri: Whole Wheat Crepes w/ Pumpkin Yogurt Filling (just mix greek yogurt with a little pumpkin puree, honey, and pumpkin pie spice) and Apple
